Oecophoridae - Uncovering Gondwana

The Oecophoridae - 'broad-winged moths' or 'concealer moth' - are one of the families within the superfamily Gelechioidea. Larvae usually feed concealed in webs or in rolled or tied leaves of food plants. The fast majority of oecophorids consume dead plants or fungi, but the most basal lineages feed on live plants.
